Your delivery should arrive between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday. If you’re not in to receive your order then Royal Mail will leave you a card detailing how to collect your parcel from the nearest depot/sorting office, or how to arrange for a re-delivery.

* Please allow up to 7 working days for the Northern Island, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands or Isle of Man.Please note for all UK deliveries, we are required by Royal Mail to wait 10-15 working days before we can claim a parcel lost.

1. Delays can sometimes occur in customs and that these delays are beyond our control
2. Any customs or import duties are levied once your shopping reaches its destination country
