If for any reason you are not entirely happy with you purchase or the item is not to your taste, you can simply return it to us within 14 days of dispatch for all UK deliveries and 21 days of dispatch for all European and International/Rest of the World deliveries.
 
The item/s (clothing and/or accessories) need to be returned in their original saleable condition with all tags intact complete with a 'Return Form' which will be attached to your order form. If you have misplaced the return form, please drop us an email at returns@boutikee.com and we will send you another one.
 
When trying on items, please ensure that they are not kept in contact with anything that may mark or add a scent to them such as drinks, perfume, deodorant and cigarettes. We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
 
Please note: If you return an item outside of the 14 (UK deliveries) or 21 days (Europe and Rest of the World), we cannot refund you for the returned item!  Nor are we able to send it back to you.  So please look closely at the dispatch date before returning your item. We wouldn’t want to disappoint you.
 
How long will it take to get my refund?
Please allow 10 working days from our receipt of your return for us to process a refund. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.
 
What amount will I be refunded?
Delivery charges are non refundable so we will refund the full value of the items returned less the delivery charge. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.
The cost and care of returning the item(s) is your responsibility, therefore we strongly recommend that you send the parcel by recorded delivery and keep a copy of the recorded delivery number just in case your parcel goes missing .Boutikee is not responsible for any items lost or delayed by the delivery services in the returns process.
 
How long will it take to process my refund?

Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately it isn’t possible for you to amend your order once it has been placed and paid for. You can however cancel your order if within 1 hour of placing it to avoid it being dispatched to you. Please send us an email with your order number to: orders@boutikee.com. 
 
Can I have an exchange instead of a refund?
Unfortunately we do not offer any exchanges. You will need to place a new order on our website and return the original item for a refund.
 
How do I return an item?
The only way to return an item is by post so follow the instructions below:
 
    • Complete and place the return form (sent with your order)  together with your goods in a securely wrapped parcel. If you have       misplaced your order form, please request a copy by emailing us at returns@boutikee.com. We value your feedback so please give       us as much information as possible.
 
    • Use the easy to use pre completed address label that is on your original order form or if you have misplaced it please send the       package to the following address:

    • Post the item, making sure that you keep your recorded delivery and/or proof of postage in a safe place until you receive your       refund.
 
Please note:
    • We do not offer pre-paid postal returns.
    • Returns sent without a return form can take us longer to process. Please ensure you include this with your returned items.
 
 
What if I received a faulty item?
If the item you received is faulty, please return the item to the above address, following the procedure as outlined above. Please ensure that you mark the return reason as 'faulty' on your disptach note give us a brief description of the fault.
 
What if I received the wrong item?
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, please send us an email at orders@boutikee.com quoting your order number. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.

What if I think you have refunded me the wrong amount?
Regrettably mistakes can happen. If you think you have been refunded the wrong amount please contact returns@boutikee.com, quoting your order number and the required refund amount.
 
What if part of my order is missing?
In this unlikely event that you have received your order and an item is missing, please contact orders@boutikee.com, quoting your order number and the missing item and we will investigate the matter further.
